“I am very pleased with the service. I had a problem with a machine, and the manager was not available but left his phone number on the door of the office. I called to let him know one of the machines wasn't working. He wasn't available so I left a message. He texted me back in a timely fashion, apologized, and offered to reimburse me for money I lost in the machine and for the soap I had to purchase. I will definitely keep going there.”
