“We had such a wonderful experience at Fresh Cuts! We called last minute hoping to get my 3-year-old son in for a haircut. Haircuts are not his favorite thing, and he can get very upset during them but she handled the situation with incredible patience and professionalism. Despite the screaming and tears, she remained calm, kind, and gracious the entire time. She never seemed flustered and truly went above and beyond to make him as comfortable as possible. Most importantly, she still managed to give him a fantastic haircut! On top of that, she was even able to squeeze my daughter in for a much-needed trim at the last minute.
