“So, I discovered this barber shop around three months ago. It had great reviews, it was local, and so I figured I’d give it a shot. I went in and was greeted by James, the owner, who was very welcoming, cordial, and pleasant to talk to, and he offered to cut my hair. Needless to say, he did a great job; my hair looked great afterwards! After a very long time, I was in need of another hair cut; so I went back to his shop. He greeted me again, and directed me to one of his barbers who then cut my hair. She was very nice and professional and did a great job, like James.
