“I dropped off a sweater and asked if they could fix the zipper on my coat pocket because it was stuck. I’d tried multiple times myself and couldn’t do it. Asked my tailor and she couldn’t figure it out. I spoke with the owner, the kindest man! He said he’d work on it for free for me and that his wife was good at fixing these.
