“I found Graham online whilst I was in search of a local heating and plumbing engineer. We have had previous bad experiences, so naturally we were hesitant initially. We have had a couple of heating engineers come around to try and correct our issue with some of our radiators not working, in which they weren’t successful, charged a fortune and then fobbed us off.
