“I first visited Cathy last year looking for a combination of massage and reiki. I had a longstanding shoulder issue which was bothering me and after a consultation previously with an Ayurvedic doctor, I was told I had 2 blocked chakras. Cathy recommended a deep tissue massage followed by reiki which would help rebalance the chakras. Within a few appointments the pain in my shoulder disappeared and has not returned. The reiki was more subtle but I found myself making gradual positive changes to my life and feeling a greater sense of wellbeing.
