His cutting speed was phenomenal yet he was gentle enough that the process did not feel uncomfortable or overbearing. He gave me plenty of space to sit and have a peaceful haircut without initiating too many conversations, but had a great smile on his face when checking in with me about how the haircut is going - I really appreciated this attentiveness, as it shows how much he wanted to do a great job.
