“Connie usually gives great hair cuts although I went in this most recent time and this new lady was there I even used reference pictures so she would have a good idea of what I wanted and the same haircut Connie has never messed up this other lady completely didn’t listen and cut almost all my hair off. Yes it’s just hair but I came in with an expectation for the same haircut as I asked if this is something she could do. I wish she would’ve just said no and let me come another time when Connie was there...”
