“I almost didn’t want to write them a review so it doesn’t get more crowded but UES Laundromat is easily the best laundromat in NYC. It’s family-owned and Silvia and her daughters have done an excellent job of making a mundane chore much more enjoyable with their friendly and courteous customer service that’s rare to find nowadays. They are always friendly and willing to help. My favorite part is how CLEAN this laundromat is. The machines are new and well-maintained. Most laundromats nearby are grimy and you take a gamble with every use if your clothes are going to make it out okay but UES Laundromat has new, clean machines so you can wash your clothes with pride.”
